A mito transracial helmet and Vielight MIP red light device. Retail price for both is $3,000. For the Vielight MIP device: I can’t provide the intranasal applicators because of hygienic purposes, vielight says not to share the intranasal applicators for that reason. You can go on their website and find affordable applicators, but to buy the whole device would be 500$ the last time I checked.
If you’re looking to cheat meditation or entrain your brainwaves in a natural way proven by science then these are the devices for you. I’ve personally used the mito red light helmet and Vielight helmet from improving sleep quality, to helping manage my anxiety and helping me focus.
