Artifacts from Greco Bactrian culture from what is now Mongolia

This is a medallion that shows a scene from antiquity of a simple practice of sharing. It shows a human sitting on the back of an animal with its leg out stretched and the human's hands folded in their lap right before the shearing happens. This would have been a very important process because when you live in the plains of Mongolia before Mongolia was even inhabited by the Mongols by A thousand years it was still as cold if not colder. This is one of two medallions that I know of in the entire world and this is the second one and I am fortunate to own both. You can check on that with Sotheby's and I'll tell you the same thing. It is made from the early bronze age from 10bc to 5 BCE.
