It lets you keep the computer or media player safely tucked away while placing projectors, televisions, or monitors exactly where viewers need them.
Image integrity stays intact over long runs. The unit supports resolutions up to 1920 x 1440 at 60 Hz for distances as far as 500 feet when you use solid wire Cat5e or Cat6. If your installation stretches to 1000 feet, you can still expect a crisp 1024 x 768 picture. For the sharpest visuals on the longest runs, zero skew cable is recommended.
Setup is straightforward. An EDID copy feature reads a connected display’s capabilities and stores that information, so every screen powers up at the correct resolution without manual adjustments. If you need an even wider reach, optional repeaters can be added in line to cover larger venues or to drive more monitors.
